He is not saying it is hard to get to lvl 20,he is not asking to remove the level req,he is asking to make the level req usefull..

Why restrict it to lvl 20 only,when you are letting them use not max damage weps,not max armor,not max atributes. This would not let really really really really REALLY noob players to join. Anyone can get to lvl 20,but some people don't know about attributes,armor,weapons,etc even after reaching lvl 20.
